Monument to Mikhail Bulgakov

Was established in 2007 near the house where the writer lived with his family. On the creation of this monument sculptor took five years. The idea to erect a monument to Bulgakov next to the house-museum was born at Bulgakov Museum staff and representatives of the Foundation for Promotion of Arts. The monument is made of bronze in human growth. Bronze statue depicts the writer sitting on a bench. The most notable is the fact that the monument to Mikhail Bulgakov was the first monument to the writer not only in Ukraine or Russia, but also in the whole world.
